Q: What brew methods do you recommend?
A: There are many great brew methods whether it be with a French press, Aeropress, Tricolate or Cold brew. The list goes on, but our personal favorite is a pourover, using either a Chemex, V60 or Kalita Wave brewer.
Q: How should I store my coffee?
A: Feel free to store our coffee in the vented and resealable bags they come in at room temperature. Our coffee is so good it won’t last that long anyway. Otherwise an air-tight, opaque container oughta do it.
Q: Do you offer Certified Organic and Fair Trade coffees?
A: We work with many producers that provide excellent high quality organic and fairly-traded coffees. All of our coffees are ethically sourced, but unfortunately not all can be certified. We will mark all coffees that are certified organic and/or fair trade.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No. C’mon now, we’re just a mom and pop shop. Maybe once we figure out all of the shipping options.
Q: What is your return policy?
